Pandigital Review

Whats going on everyone, its J.Cool here bring you our first technological review of the year. I'm going to give you the breakdown of the product, the benefits and the draw-backs. Here we go!

Now, if your up to date with "Ebook Readers" you know their the new big thing. Every company is trying to emulate Microsoft's IPAD. The DNA is simple, a device usually 6-8 inches in height, a little over 10pounds in weight that has the ability to read ebooks. [ which can be magazines, comics and actual books." watch videos, listen to music and search the web. The IPAD has been the most succesfull with presenting this product, and I really fell bad for the Pandigital because it keeps getting compared to something that it just can't compete with.

The Pandagital does the same thing the IPAD does, in a very weaker, less futuristic and slower way. Which is expected because the products is selling anywhere from $129-179, which I think is a little to much for the product, and plus the IPAD can run you anywhere from 400-600 dollars. You can read anything from magazines, ebooks , PDFs and comics. The reading experience is decent and workable. Unlike the "7" inches pandagital the "9" inch comes with four buttons, which allow you to go to the home screen, go back and forth between book pages and go to the specific menu of any program your using, which is a MAJOR upgrade. The Internet speed is 2g at best, and the wireless connection takes a very strong signal to connect. I also had to clear my browsing history to keep the speed up. The video viewing software is somewhat slow, and is  a major drawback as it slows up for a mini second then speeds up.


For 120 - 179 you really can't go wrong. The Pan digital provides the same thing as the IPAD but in a slower form.

About two months ago, T-Pain announced to his fans a contest, where he would basically put a song out and allow fans and potential artist to spit a verse, if he liked the verse the fans would win a official spot on the song. This is LT Moneys try, and I have to admit, he's getting much better. I've heard some of his new material for his Up-coming Mixtape Flat-Line and its very interesting.

Mixtape Review

Now Mac Miller is a major artist from the stand point that he has about a 50,000 fanbase. Miller is apart of the rising white rapper scene, consisting of rich white kids who try to talk about issues effecting people with not so much money. When you first think of this group, you think about the highly successful Asher Roth. The white kid from the berbs, who's debut album, Asleep on Beard Aisle sold more then 200,000 copies to date. Even though their two rich white kids from the berbs, the thing about it is Asher Roth has substance and ill ways with concepts which I'm big on. If you go back to his album, songs like Bad Day, Fallin, His Dreams, Sour Patch Kids is just a few main-steam songs to mention. When I listened to K.I.D.S I get some what interested. Mac Miller pretty much is rapping from the prospective of a 18
year old high school student. One thing I'll give Mac Miller props on, is the fact that he does not sound like your average high school student. Songs like Traffic and the Sky and The Spins show this kids got something to say, just really has not experience much in life to say it. K.I.D.S is what you expect from a 18 year old rapper but a little more. The mixtape has obtain 100,000 listens on DatPiff. And I must say, I get more of a listen from this then Mac Millers label mate, Wiz Khalif.

Just yesterday I introduced you to Ted Williams. A homeless man who was filmed by a stranger, after Ted said, he had a radio voice. Now the guys voice is just, one of those fucking voices, its hard to explain you really have to listen or watch the clip. Now the guys story is pretty complementing, he actually has nine kids, a slay of drug problems and some mugshots to go with it all.

Tonight, 8pm ET, The BCS National Championship Game is going down! Oregon vs Auburn. Its crazy how, if Auburn wins, that's two Consecutive National Championships for the state of Alabama.

Talks between the New Jersey Nets and The Denver Nuggets are really heating up and many people from inside the league say the trade is likely to go down. From what I understand, the trade is riding on the Detroit Pistons, who would have to absorb one player from ether the Nets or Nuggets. Now personally I don't really understand this trade for The Nets. Everyone knows Melo is NOT going to return to the team after the seasons over.

 And the NFL Playoffs, the Eagles where defeated by the Packers [ Not to my likeness! ] After Pro-Bowl QB Michail Vick throw a game-ending Interception. With that, the Packers face off against the Falcons while the surprising Seattle Seahawks battle the Chicago Bears.

On the AFC side, the Baltimore Ravens crushed the
Chiefs, which was pretty much expected. The Ravens now face a division rival in the Pittsburgh Steelers. While the J.E.T.S collide with the Patriots.

I know your thinking, Don, why so serious!? Heres why, Andrew Luck was the lock in number one overall pick in the up coming draft. Which means he would have become the franchise player for Carolina Panthers and rank in about 20-50million in the process. Even if he was a bust, he is still filthy rich! People are speculation that he went back to School in order to obtain a education. I, as a collage student say, for WHAT! The whole point of going to collage is to get a job so you can make money! Even though Andrew Luck is probably going to be the number one draft pick in next years draft, yes the draft of 2012 so we might all be dead, you never know what can happen from here to next January.
