FINAL THOUGHTS: Overrall, Two Faced Beauty is better then The C.Lighty EP and every shape and form. Dracos wordplay and use of Metaphors is very good on the mixtape. The Concepts or ill and on songs like The Anthem, Draco pretty much steals the messages that C.Lighty would use  on King Lighty but somehow forgot on The.C.Lighty Ep. This Mixtapes has Hits and very little Misses. Songs like Strength should NEVER have made the final cut and PAULA would have been a good song but Draco spends like a minute just talking about stupid things.

Two Faced Beauty gets a Solid:C+

C.LIGHTY - THE C.LIGHTY EP

I actually heard of this artist last year, when his first Mixtape, King Lighty, was dropped at Thegoodlifereviews.com. C.Lighty is the second artist feature of the week. Like Shome, C.Lighty is North Carolina based Artist but Unlike Shome, C.Lighty comes with very little push and a small fan base. Hes dropped a few mixtapes on various blog sites, that obtain little success.Yet, C.Lighty is a Artist that deserves to be noticed and that is what his second Mixtape, The C.Lighty EP proves.

    With the C.Lighty EP does is shows his progression as a artist. If your new to this guy, and this is your first listen, then you should become a fan. If your formillar with him, and heard King Lighty like me, you see the overall progress he is making. The C.Lighty Ep has its hits, songs that your just going to love and then you have songs like You Don't Care and Your A Star that should have never made the cut. Sure, you might say The C.Lighty EP  is a little on the pop-rap side but songs like Crazy, Revenge of the Nerd and Bipolar Love balance out the mixtape. Theirs a Eminem influence yet not a deep one that you can right off the back notice.

SHOME - HABITAT FOR HUMANITY REVIEW

So today, we start our very first, ARTIST OF THE WEEK feature. But this week where giving out a double punch. One half of our duo is a Rapper by the name of Shome. Shome is a up and coming rapper on the raise. Based out of North Carolina, but showing love for New Orleans. This artist was recommended to me for his work on his debut mixtape, Habitat for Humanity. The fact that hes a Indian rapper intrigues me more, and  makes me want to listen to this mixtape to see what the kid has to say. So with that, here is my review for Shomes, Habitat For humanity.

    I got mixed feelings about Habitat for Humanity. On one side, I heard so much promise in this young artist. From listing to the songs, you could fell the emotion, could understand the message he was trying to deliver. Some songs on the Mixtape like The Storm and You Think I'm lame shows Shomes Talents as he speaks with a message. A message that is lacking in Hip-Hop today. On the other hand, I had to really force myself a little to keep listening to the tracks. As some sounded repetitive NOT SAYING THAT THEIR WHERE WACK SONGS on the mixtape, just saying Shomes Debut mixtape lacked the catchy songs that gravitates mainstream fans. In a industry that is dominated by African Americans, Shome is the beacon of light for every Indian rapper in the world. And he carry's it with greatness.

Habitat for Humanity gets a Solid: C
Good Mixtape but theirs still Room for Improvement.
