I thought this guy was done with rapping but C.Lighty and his Alter-Ego Draco make a return to the hip-hop realm Feb.17th 2011. I haven't heard anything from these mixtapes but I expect these two to trash The C.Lighty Lp and Thank Me Whenever, which where two great solid mixtapes.
